MICHAEL SHANABERGER - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
I grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and began my career in home building working alongside my parents' custom home business doing everything form site clean up to framing. Upon graduation from college in Dallas, Texas, I moved to the Pacific Northwest. After ten years working as a consultant in various automotive dealerships and with Ford Motor Company, I joined a local builder as a sales and marketing director for residential homes. I joined Adair Homes in January of 2011 as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, but continue to reside in Vancouver Washington where I raise my son and three daughters.

I have lived in Bend for thirty-three years and enjoy all of the clean air and recreational opportunities available in Central Oregon. I am married to Jan, who is also an avid golfer, skier, hiker and outdoor enthusiast. I am a past President with the Greater Bend Rotary Club and the current President of the Church Council at Nativity Lutheran Church. We have two sons that grew up in Central Oregon and are on their own. I have worked for Adair Homes for ten years as a Construction Superintendent, Branch Manager and Home Ownership Counselor. RUSS PURTZER - SR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I have lived in Bend for forty-one years. I'm married with two boys. We love Bend; in the wintertime we ski and snow board and in the summer we love to camp, fish, and hike. Our family loves to be outside and Central Oregon has an endless offering of outdoor activities. In the summertime you will find us down on the river usually throwing a ball for our black lab Gunner who is obsessed with chasing a tennis ball. We have built two Adair homes, are currently living in a 1920 model, and we love it.
